These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by CompliMed Partners (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided
CompliMed Partners provides credentialing, onboarding, compliance, and related consulting services.
• Core Packages may include payer enrollment, CAQH and NPI setup, compliance support, onboarding SOPs, and related services.
• Add-On Services are divided into two categories:
• Standalone Add-Ons (purchased separately): Compliance Audits, Training & Support.
• Package-Only Add-Ons (must be purchased with a credentialing package): Provider Recredentialing, CAQH Profile Management, Expedited Processing, and other package enhancements.

2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for credentialing and onboarding.
• Respond promptly to requests for documents or clarifications.
• Maintain any accounts or profiles (e.g., CAQH, NPI) after setup is completed.
• Ensure timely payment for services as outlined in invoices.

3. Payment Terms
• Fees for services will be outlined in your proposal or engagement agreement.
• Payment is due in full unless a separate written arrangement is made.
• For recurring services, payments must be made on the schedule agreed upon.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Refund Policy
• Fees for completed credentialing submissions or services are non-refundable.
• Refund requests may be considered only if no work has begun.
• For bundled services, refunds are prorated based on completed work.

5. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and documentation.
• Sensitive information is shared only with payers, agencies, and authorized personnel as necessary.
• We follow HIPAA and other applicable compliance requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability
• CompliMed Partners is not responsible for delays or denials caused by payers, agencies, or third-party systems.
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice.
• You remain responsible for payment of services rendered up to the date of termination.
• We reserve the right to end services if requirements are not met (e.g., missing documents, nonpayment).

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted with a revised “Effective Date.”
