Disclaimer
At CompliMed Partners, we take pride in providing professional, accurate, and timely credentialing and onboarding services. Because our services involve significant preparation, administrative work, and submission to payers, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1. General Policy
• All fees for services rendered are non-refundable once work has begun (e.g., applications prepared, documents submitted, or training provided).
• If a client cancels before any work has started, they may be eligible for a partial refund (less an administrative fee).
2. Add-On Services
• Standalone add-ons (e.g., Training & Support or Compliance Audits) are non-refundable once the scheduled service or consultation has begun.
• If a cancellation is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled add-on service, clients may request a reschedule or partial credit toward future services.
3. Packages
• Refunds are not provided for completed portions of a package.
• If a package is canceled prior to completion, CompliMed Partners may, at its discretion, provide a pro-rated refund for unrendered services, minus any administrative costs.
4. Rescheduling & Credits
• Clients may reschedule consultations or services with at least 48 hours’ notice without penalty.
• Credits may be applied toward future services but must be used within 6 months of issue.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of:
• Duplicate charges or billing errors.
• Failure by CompliMed Partners to deliver the agreed-upon service (unless due to lack of required documentation from the client).
